Buying from us
Prices are in US dollars. If you're shopping from outside the States you can pay in your own currency and your card is charged the converted amount. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.
Product photographs are indicative. Colours vary between screens and small dimensional differences happen.
The SolveItBro Pass — read this bit
The Pass gives you access to an AI assistant, not a licensed tradesperson, electrician, plumber, mechanic, vet, doctor, lawyer or financial adviser.
It will help you work out what's wrong and walk you through what to do. It's honest when it isn't sure, and it will tell you when a job needs a licensed professional — but the decision to act on anything it says is yours.
It will not give instructions for gas work, mains electrical work, roof or structural work, or anything that may contain asbestos, and it gives no medical, legal or financial advice. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your local emergency number.
You're responsible for working safely, complying with the laws and licensing rules where you live, and checking whether the work affects your insurance or warranty. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss or damage arising from work you carry out.
Monthly Pass subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the link in your confirmation email.
Health
Nothing sold here treats, cures or prevents any medical condition. Support and comfort products are exactly that — if you're in pain, see a health professional.
Acceptable use
Don't use the assistant to plan anything illegal or to harm anyone, and don't try to break, scrape or overload the service. We can suspend access that's abused.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, where the business is based. Nothing here limits the consumer rights you have where you live.
